Insulating (thermal barrier coating) and waterproofing made of materials having structural characteristics such as Alumini Silicate, vacuum ceramics. etc. and mixed materials adding sunscreen agent and anti-aging agent to high elasticity acrylic emulsion resin, having advantages of simple construction work, long-lasting waterproofing life, keeping cool in summer and room temperature warm in winter with thermal barrier to prevent heat from getting out of the room and also having physical property to finish with oil-based top coat.
